Payment, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

PAYMENT:

Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure a private charter (excursion) for your chosen date and time. You will receive confirmation information once booking is complete. Your Captain will contact you prior to your private charter (excursion) to confirm your booking and discuss trip details.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY:

-If the customer chooses to cancel their private charter (excursion) at least 5 days prior to the scheduled event, the customer may choose to reschedule their event or have a full refund.

-If customer cancels their private charter (excursion) within 3-4 full calendar days from their scheduled event, the customer will be offered to reschedule their private charter (excursion). If date can not be chosen then half of the trip cost will be issued as a refund. Must be more than 48 prior to scheduled events. (Example: Private Charter Excursion on Saturday, cancel request on Tuesday or Wednesday).

-No refunds will be issued or private charter (excursion) rescheduled within 48 hours of scheduled private charter (excursion).   

-If you must cancel your private charter (excursion), please contact us via phone at 727-377-4293. 

CANCELLATION BY CAPTAIN:

If the private charter trip is cancelled by us due to weather or mechanical issues we will try and reschedule. If you can not reschedule then a refund will be issued.
