Guests are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks aboard the vessel. Although alcoholic beverages are permitted, the captain reserves the right to ID passengers prior to departure. All private charter excursions include bottled water, ice, and a Yeti 105 cooler. You may store other beverages you bring inside the provided cooler.
All guest are responsible for ensuring no under-aged drinking occurs within their party group. If the captain feels passenger safety is at risk due to alcohol consumption, they reserve the right to discontinue the excursion without a refund.
A parking permit will be provided to you by the Captain upon your arrival at the Marina.
Feel free to bring any food or beverages to consume during your charter. Additional items to consider would be comfortable clothing or swimwear, towel, sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses, hat, etc), camera/phone, and ID.
Our boat can accommodate 6 guests per Coast Guard regulations. When we have groups of up to 12, we can contact a neighboring charter captain in order to take two boats. We would follow each other to the islands where you can swim, snorkel, look for shells, or float around the boats together with your favorite drink in your hand.
*Two boats is not guaranteed but we will do our best to work with your group.
At this time, we are currently not allowing pets aboard. The islands we visit do not allow pets.
Once the Captain anchors the boat at the island, guests can use the upper deck for lounging and going down the water slide. The maximum weight for slide use is 225 lbs, with a maximum of two adults on the top deck (450 total pounds). Children 12 years old and younger must have an adult on the upper deck with them at all times. Slide can only accommodate one person at a time. Jumping and diving from the upper deck is not permitted.
Absolutely! Our goal is to make sure that you feel as safe as possible while on your trip. We have Type 1, extra buoyant life jackets available if you would prefer to wear a floatation device while on the charter boat. You are also not required to get into the water.
All children 6 years old and younger are legally required to wear a life jacket while on the charter vessel. Once the charter boat is anchored, if your child is able to swim they have the option to remove their life vest. You may bring your own life jacket aboard the charter vessel if you or your child has a preference, otherwise we have life jackets available for children on the charter vessel.

This is one of many islands that can be explored during your private charter. The Anclote Key Lighthouse is only available for touring certain dates and times during the year (usually Oct-May). You can, however, schedule your private charter excursion to coincide with a guided lighthouse tour. You can also visit and walk the island without a guided tour.
